Twenty-five P2V-7s were delivered to the Royal Canadian Air Force between March and September 1955. The Neptunes were assigned Canadian military serials 24101/24125 and served with 404 Squadron, 405 Squadron and 407 Squadron. By the early 1970s the Neptunes had been replaced by the CP-107 Argus. Several ex-RCAF P-2s still fly as fire bombers in the US.
